5. YOUR DERIVATIVE ACCESSIBLE IPS

5.1 If your Grant is tagged “Derivatives-Allowed-With-Attribution” or “Derivatives-Allowed-With- Reciprocal-Grant”, then when you create a Derivative Accessible IP, you must register your Derivative Accessible IP to the Genesis Protocol Framework.

5.2 You acknowledge and agree that Accessible IP Owner may (a) create its own future derivatives of the Accessible IP, and/or (b) provide grants of the Accessible IP to other individuals and entities that may create their own Derivative Accessible IPs from the Accessible IP (each of the foregoing derivatives, “Other Derivatives”). These Other Derivatives may be similar or identical to your Derivative Accessible IPs. Accordingly, on behalf of yourself and your heirs, successors and assigns, you irrevocably covenant and agree not to assert or bring any suit, claim, demand or challenge against (i) Accessible IP Owner or its past, present and future parents, affiliates or Grantees (or any of their partners, members, employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents and equityholders) in connection with their use, distribution, reproduction, display, perform, modification and creation of derivative works of the Accessible IP or any of their Other Derivatives or (ii) any other Grantee that has been provided a grant from Accessible IP Owner to the Accessible IP, or its past, present and future parents, affiliates or grantees (or any of their partners, members, employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents and equityholders) in connection with the creation of Derivative Accessible IPs from the Accessible IP or any of their Other Derivatives. The foregoing is the case even if such Other Derivatives are similar to or the same as any of your Derivative Accessible IPs that you have created.
