6. RETAINED RIGHTS

6.1 All intellectual property rights in and to the Accessible IP and any other intellectual property rights of Accessible IP Owner not expressly Granted herein are reserved by Accessible IP Owner. Nothing in this Access Agreement is meant to grant you any rights to any logos, trademarks, service marks and trade dress associated with Accessible IP Owner or the Accessible IP (“Accessible IP Owner Trademarks”). Unless you have Accessible IP Owner’s prior written approval, you may not use any Accessible IP Owner Trademarks for any use that would require a Grant from Accessible IP Owner, including to register any domain names or social media accounts using any Accessible IP Owner Trademarks, in any of your Derivative Accessible IPs, or to advertise or promote any other products or services.
